    Side #3: Turkish Cranberry Dolmas

You will love this classic vegan dolmas with cranberries recipe at any time of the year! The classic Turkish “yalanci” dolma is perfect for your Christmas table. This variation uses cranberries or tart cherries in place of lemons for acidity.

    Side #4: Tahini Carrots

Super easy recipe for roasted carrots with tahini: less than 5 ingredients and under 5 minutes prep time!

Side #5: Vegan Butternut Squash Soup with Red Lentils

    Main #1: Vegan Wellington

Bonus Main #2: Store-Bought Vegan Turkey

I know this sounds like cheating but hear me out. It's a very similar concept to buying an actual turkey from the store— minus all the basting work. If you are short on time, you can feed even large parties with a couple of these store-bought, delicious turkey alternatives. I've tried quite a few different brands, and always end up coming back to either the Gardein one or the original Tofurky.

What's more, it even comes with its own gravy sauce!

    Dessert #1: Apple Cider Pie

Fan of apple cider donuts? Let me introduce you to its just-as-tasty cousin: vegan apple cider pie! Rich, delicious, and full of flavor. A must for your Thanksgiving pie list!

Dessert #2: Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These vegan pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, made with vegan butter, flax seeds, and pumpkin puree are super soft and perfect for holiday baking!

This should be obvious but... you don't have to make all of the listed dishes to host a killer vegan Thanksgiving feast!

    Pro Hosting Tip:

To show a little extra TLC to your guests, get a few large mason jars and tag their names for leftovers. Everybody knows that Thanksgiving leftovers are supposed to be a mishmash anyway. Super easy way to be even more memorable.
