Shake cornstarch and water in a jar

Bring sugar,  water, and citric acid to 250°F

Pour in the starch mix until it thickens

Cook on low heat for 1hr or longer; mixing every 7-8mins

Add rosewater and food coloring, mix, and set aside overnight in oiled container

Next day, pour cornstarch over the delights and take them out

Dredge cubed delights in powdered sugar and cornstarch

Enjoy with Turkish coffee!
